iQOO is preparing to launch its new gaming smartphone, the iQOO 15T, in China on May 20, 2026. The phone has already appeared in China Telecom’s database, which revealed its full specifications and also confirmed the launch date through a special code.
The device is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 Monster Edition processor along with iQOO’s Q3 gaming chip, which is made to improve graphics performance and keep gameplay smooth during heavy gaming.
According to early tests shared by tipsters, the iQOO 15T delivers strong gaming performance. In one test, the phone ran Genshin Impact for 30 minutes at 60fps with extreme graphics settings in a 26-degree Celsius room.
The average frame rate was 60.2fps, while the lowest 1 percent frame rate reached 57.8fps. The minimum frame rate stayed at 58fps, and the phone used an average of 4.99W power, showing good efficiency and stable performance.

The iQOO 15T features a 6.82-inch OLED display with 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate for smoother visuals. The phone measures 163.37 x 76.71 x 8.25mm and weighs 216 grams. It has a flat display and a square-shaped rear camera module placed in the top-left corner. The device also comes with IP68 or IP69 protection and uses a fiberglass back panel for added durability.
For battery, the phone packs a large 8,000mAh battery with support for 100W wired fast charging. However, wireless charging support is not expected. On the camera side, the phone includes a dual rear camera setup with a 200-megapixel main sensor based on Samsung HP5 technology and a 50-megapixel secondary camera. The phone features a 16-megapixel front camera designed for selfies and video calling.

The iQOO 15T comes with Android 16 and OriginOS 6 software out of the box. It will be available in different memory variants, including 8GB RAM with 256GB storage, 12GB RAM with 256GB or 512GB storage, and 16GB RAM with 256GB or 512GB storage. The phone will come in Qingyun, Track Edition, and Legendary Edition color options.
iQOO has already opened pre-orders for the iQOO 15T in China. Alongside the smartphone, the company will also launch the iQOO Pad 6 Pro tablet and iQOO TWS 5i earbuds at the same event. With its large battery, flagship processor, and upgraded cameras, the iQOO 15T is expected to compete strongly in the premium gaming smartphone segment.
