The new phone brings a very large 6,000mAh battery, a 6.75-inch screen that refreshes at 120Hz, and proper 5G support, all in a body that is rated IP64 for protection against dust and water splashes.

It runs the latest Android 16 with a clean experience that has no ads or useless pre-installed apps, and it uses the Unisoc T8200 chipset built on a 6nm process for smooth day-to-day performance.

You can get the Bold N2 5G in just one storage choice: 4GB RAM and 64GB inside. If you need more space for photos, videos, or apps, you can add a microSD card to increase storage up to 1TB.

For photos, the phone has a 13-megapixel main camera on the back and a 5-megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video calls. Security is handled by a fingerprint sensor built into the side button, so you can unlock the phone quickly with one hand while holding it.

On the price side, Lava lists the Bold N2 5G at Rs. 12,499 for the 4GB plus 64GB model, but during a limited launch offer on Amazon, you can buy it for Rs. 11,999. The phone comes in two colours, Regal Gold and Billionaire Blue, and the sale starts on Amazon from June 9.

This 5G version is much more expensive than the earlier 4G Bold N2, which launched in February at Rs. 7,499 for the same 4GB plus 64GB configuration, but the 5G model adds faster networks, a higher 120Hz refresh rate instead of 90Hz, a bigger battery, and Android 16 instead of Android 15 Go.

The phone supports 18W wired charging, which is decent for a battery of this size, and it includes 5G SA and NSA support across several bands used in India, along with VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and GPS.

Lava says the device is built for people who switch between tasks often, and the large battery is meant to give long usage time without needing to charge frequently. If you are looking for a budget 5G phone in India with a very big battery and a clean software experience, the Bold N2 5G is now available to order directly on Amazon.
