It is the newest phone in Motorola's G series and is meant for people who want good performance, long battery life, and great photos without spending too much money.

The phone is available in only one version with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It comes in two colors named Azul Claro (Light Blue) and Graphite. In Brazil, the price is BRL 2,519.10, which is about Rs. 47,000 in Indian rupees. You can buy it now from Motorola's official online store in Brazil, but it has not been announced for India or other countries yet.

Inside the phone, there is a MediaTek Dimensity 6400 chip built on a 6nm process that gives smooth performance for daily use, games, and running many apps at once. The phone has 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, and also supports extra storage through a microSD card up to 2TB. It runs Android 16 with Motorola's Hello UI, which adds easy customization, Moto Secure for safety, and Smart Connect to use the phone with other Motorola devices.

The screen is one of the best parts of this phone. It has a 6.8-inch 1.5K Super HD AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,272×2,772 pixels, Extreme AMOLED treatment, and a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth moving. The screen can go up to 5,000 nits of peak brightness in short moments, so it is very clear even in bright sun, and it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.

Motorola says the phone has IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings for dust and water protection, plus Military-Grade 810H durability, so it can handle drops, water splashes, and rough use better than many phones in this price range.

For cameras, the Moto G Max 5G has two rear cameras. The main one is a 200-megapixel sensor with f/1.8 aperture, optical image stabilization (OIS), and up to 10x digital zoom. This main camera takes very detailed photos in good light and still works well in low light because of OIS.

Next to it is an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera with f/2.2 aperture and 120-degree field of view for wide group photos and landscapes. On the front, there is a 32-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture for clear self-portraits and video calls. The phone can record videos up to 2K resolution at 30 fps.

The battery is 5,200mAh and should last a full day or more for most people. The phone supports 33W wired fast charging through a USB Type-C port. It also supports 5G networks, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, Glonass, Galileo, QZSS, and BeiDou for accurate location. Other features include an in-display fingerprint scanner, face unlock, accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, and e-compass.

The phone measures 164.58×77.37×7.38mm and weighs about 183 grams, so it is thin and easy to hold even with its big screen and large battery. It is a dual SIM phone and has all the modern connectivity you expect in a 2026 mid-range phone. Right now, it is only available in select markets through Motorola Brazil, and there is no official info yet about an India launch or pricing in other regions.
