The phone is designed as a high-performance device, mainly for heavy gamers and users who want very fast speed at a lower price than regular OnePlus flagship phones. Along with the phone, OnePlus is also planning to launch a special gaming controller, which will make the Ace 6 Ultra feel more like a handheld gaming console for shooting and action games.

Inside the OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra, the main feature is the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor. This is an octa-core chip that is also used in phones like the Oppo Find X9 and Oppo Find X9 Pro. Benchmark results show one core running at 4.21GHz, three cores at 3.50GHz, and four cores at 2.70GHz, which matches the design of this chipset. This setup helps give very high performance while also handling multiple tasks efficiently, making it good for long gaming sessions, multitasking, and heavy apps without lag.

The phone was tested on Geekbench 6.7.0 for Android AArch64 and scored 3,159 in single-core and 9,694 in multi-core tests. These scores are similar to the Oppo Find X9 Pro and slightly better than the regular Find X9, showing that performance will be close to other top phones with the same chip.

For memory, the Ace 6 Ultra shows about 14.94GB RAM, which OnePlus will likely market as 16GB. Reports say that in China, the phone will come in different options like 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+256GB, 16GB+512GB, and 16GB+1TB, so users can choose based on how much storage they need for games, apps, and media.

The phone will run Android 16 with OxygenOS 16 on top, giving users new design features, better privacy tools, and smoother performance compared to older Android versions. OnePlus has also shown the design, which includes a dual-camera setup on the back and a glass-metal body, making it look premium in the Ace series.

The gaming features are not just about the processor. Leaks suggest a 6.8-inch display with a 165Hz refresh rate, which is great for smooth scrolling and fast games like PUBG Mobile and Call of Duty: Mobile. A screen like this helps reduce blur and makes movement and aiming feel faster and smoother.

The phone is also expected to have a very large battery of around 8,600mAh, which is meant for long gaming sessions without needing frequent charging. OnePlus has also mentioned better cooling and fast charging, but full charging details are not confirmed yet.

To improve gaming even more, OnePlus has announced a dedicated gaming controller, called the OnePlus Strix controller in some leaks. This controller can attach to the phone and adds physical buttons and triggers, making the phone feel like a gaming console. Teasers say it may support a 1,000Hz polling rate and very fast trigger response of about 1.8ms, which helps reduce delay and improves accuracy in shooting games.

The controller may also support extra accessories like a cooling fan to control heat during long gaming sessions and keep performance stable. This setup is meant to help the Ace 6 Ultra stand out from other flagship phones, especially in the mid-to-high price range.

For global release, there is no official news yet about the OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra launching in India or other countries. Right now, it is expected to be a China-only device, although OnePlus might later release a similar model in other regions.

Pricing in China is not fully confirmed, but based on its features like the Dimensity 9500 chip, 165Hz display, large battery, and gaming controller, the phone will likely be in the upper-mid to high-end price range. It will be priced higher than the regular Ace 6 but lower than the main OnePlus 15 series flagship phones.
