Oppo is about to hold one of its biggest events of 2026, just days away on April 21. The company will launch the Find X9 Ultra and Find X9s in China and some global markets at the same time. This is special because it's the first time Oppo is bringing its top Ultra flagship outside China right on launch day.
Things differ a bit between markets. Overseas, the spotlight falls on the Find X9 Ultra and Find X9s as the key models. In China, they'll also launch the Find X9s Pro at the same event, which starts at 7 PM local time. The Find X9 Ultra is Oppo's first Ultra phone going global like this, opening up its premium series to more countries. Simply put, the Find X9s is for worldwide buyers, while the Find X9s Pro starts in China.
For the standard Find X9s, Oppo has shared some details already. It has a Hasselblad-tuned triple rear camera with a 50-megapixel main "Ultra-Clear" sensor in a square back module, plus an LED flash. The front has a flat screen with a hole-punch for selfies and super-thin 1.15mm bezels all around. You'll get it in black, pink, or purple colors – official names coming soon.

The big draw is its 7,000mAh battery with fast wireless charging. Rumors say it runs on the new Dimensity 9500+ chipset, with a flat OLED screen that has rounded corners. Oppo hasn't confirmed the chip yet, but more specs like RAM, storage, and software should drop before April 21.
The Find X9s Pro is the fancier, smaller brother, packed with leaks and teasers. It squeezes a 7,025mAh battery into a 200-gram body with a 6.32-inch screen, plus 80W wired and 50W wireless charging. A China Telecom list shows 2640 x 1216 resolution, Dimensity 9500 chip, up to 16GB RAM, and 1TB storage.
Cameras shine with dual 200MP rear sensors, a 50MP ultrawide, and a 3.2MP true color sensor; front is 32MP. The 6.32-inch OLED hits 1.5K at 144Hz with thin bezels from special tech. It runs ColorOS 16 on Android 16, has an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, and IP68 plus IP69 water resistance. Pre-orders are open in China for green, silver, peach, or black, in options like 12GB+256GB up to 16GB+1TB.
The Find X9 Ultra steals the show as the event's star. It uses the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 with a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO AMOLED screen at 144Hz and a huge 7,050mAh battery – Oppo's biggest ever in a flagship. Cameras include a near 1-inch 200MP main, 200MP 3x periscope telephoto, and 50MP 10x telephoto, with better light capture like 10% more on main and 36% on 3x versus the prior model.
Colors are Earth Tundra, Polar Glacier, and Velvet Sand Canyon. It has 144Hz refresh, 1-nit eye protection, ColorOS 16, ultrasonic fingerprint, and IP66/68/69 ratings. There's a special Hasselblad Earth Explorer Master Set bundle like the X2D 100C limited edition, with a unique serial certificate for photo fans.

The event isn't just phones. Oppo unveils the OPPO Pad Mini with an 8.8-inch screen and Pad 5 Pro with 13.2-inch for tablets big and small. Audio gets the Oppo Enco Clip 2 earbuds in gold, clip-on like earrings, tuned by Dynaudio with dual DACs and drivers for clear sound. They offer 40 hours total battery, 9.5 hours per charge, Bluetooth 6.1, and 400-meter range. ColorOS 16 brings a new Lock Screen Island, debuting on these Find X9 phones.
This launch matters beyond gadgets – it shows Oppo's big global plans. Ultra models used to stay China-only or launch late abroad, but not anymore. The Find X9 Ultra takes on rivals like Xiaomi 17 Ultra, Vivo X300 Ultra, and Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, with Hasselblad cameras as its edge. Full prices and where to buy globally come out on April 21.
