CMF has introduced its latest smartwatch, the Watch 3 Pro, in India. It was first shown globally in July 2025.
This smartwatch from the Nothing sub-brand comes in a stylish metal body and offers many features, making it a good option for fitness tracking and daily use. It is available in four colors: Dark Grey, Light Green, Light Grey, and Orange. The starting price is Rs 7,999, but with a limited-time launch offer, it is available for Rs 6,999.
In India, early access starts on May 7 at 12 noon IST, and full sales begin on May 8. It will be available on Flipkart and in stores across the country. The watch has a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 466x466 pixels, 326ppi sharpness, a 60Hz refresh rate, and brightness of 670 nits, making it easy to see even outdoors. It also has an Always-On Display feature and offers more than 120 watch faces, including AI-generated designs through the Watch Face Studio tool.

The smartwatch uses Bluetooth 5.3 and works with Android 6.0 or higher and iOS 13 or newer devices through the Nothing X app. This app helps manage health data, customize the watch, control music, and connect with apps like Strava, Apple Health, and Google Health Connect. Other features include Bluetooth calling, message notifications with quick replies, camera and music control, voice assistant support, weather updates, alarms, a calculator, and a find-my-phone option.
For fitness tracking, the watch supports 131 sports modes and can automatically detect seven types of activities. It tracks heart rate, sleep stages, blood oxygen levels, stress, women’s health, calories burned, steps, hydration reminders, and an Active Score. It also includes dual-band GPS (L1 and L5) and supports GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, and BeiDou for accurate location tracking. The watch has sensors like an accelerometer, gyroscope, light sensor, heart rate sensor, SpO2 sensor, and a vibration motor.

The smartwatch also includes AI-powered features such as running coaching with personalized plans, post-run analysis, recovery suggestions, training load monitoring, and race predictions for 5K and 10K runs. Other features include guided breathing, gesture controls, automatic workout detection, voice notes with transcription, news updates, and 3D warm-up guides.
It has a 350mAh battery that lasts up to 13 days with normal use, 10 days with heavy use, 4.5 days with Always-On Display, and up to 60 days in power-saving mode. Calling time is up to 17.9 hours, GPS use up to 17.2 hours, and it takes 99 minutes to fully charge.

The watch comes with an IP68 rating, which means it is protected against dust and water. It comes with a metal body and soft silicone straps that can be changed. The sizes differ slightly: Dark Grey and Light Green measure 258x47x14.4mm and weigh 51.9g, Light Grey is 15.2mm thick and weighs 51g, and Orange is 14.5mm thick and weighs 52.4g. Unlike the previous model, it does not have interchangeable bezels, but it includes improvements like a better heart rate sensor, improved sleep tracking, and new AI fitness features.
This launch targets the mid-range smartwatch segment by offering long battery life, accurate tracking, and smart features like ChatGPT support and call handling. It is suitable for both fitness activities and daily tasks, offering reliable performance at a competitive price in India’s growing wearable market.
