Samsung Galaxy S26 Brings Real-Time Audio Eraser for Clearer Video Sound

Samsung has made a major improvement in its new Samsung Galaxy S26 by upgrading the Audio Eraser feature into something much more useful.

Samsung Galaxy S26 Audio Eraser feature adjusting video sound in real time

Earlier, this feature was introduced in the Samsung Galaxy S25 where it could only clean unwanted noise from already recorded videos. Now, it works in real time, which means you can adjust and clean the sound while watching videos without stopping or editing them.

This new feature works smoothly with popular apps like YouTube, Netflix, Instagram, and TikTok. You just need to open the Quick Panel on the phone, tap the Audio Eraser option, and you can start changing the sound instantly while the video keeps playing. This makes it very simple and convenient to use anytime.

The smart AI inside the phone breaks the sound into six different parts like voices, music, wind, nature sounds, crowd noise, and other background sounds. With simple sliders, you can reduce unwanted noise like traffic or wind and increase important sounds like someone speaking. There is also a special Voice Focus option that makes voices clearer and louder, which is very helpful when watching interviews, vlogs, or sports videos where background noise is too much.

Another important thing is that everything works directly on the phone, so you don’t need the internet for this feature. It is fast and gives quick results. Many early users have said that it works really well in daily situations, like when watching videos in noisy places or while traveling. It is especially useful in sports and live videos, although if you increase the settings too much, the sound may feel slightly unnatural.

Samsung has also made this feature available across the system, not just in its own apps. This means you can use it in many third-party apps as well, giving you more control over how you hear audio everywhere. This is a big step because earlier such features were limited to editing tools only.

Overall, this update shows how smartphones are becoming smarter with AI. Now, instead of struggling to hear clear audio in videos, users can adjust sounds in real time according to their needs. It makes controlling audio as easy as adjusting brightness or volume, and in the future, such features could become common in all smartphones.
