Honor X7e Plus 5G Cleared for Global Launch: UAE, Europe, and Saudi Arabia in Sight

Honor is getting ready to add a new 5G phone to its X7 series, and it could soon be available in countries outside China. The new model, called the Honor X7e Plus 5G, has been found on two official certification websites, which means it is close to launching.

The phone was listed on the UAE’s TDRA certification site on June 11 with registration number ER60470/26, and the listing shows its name and model number MRK-NX1. It also appeared earlier on the SGS certification site on May 8 under certification number FI-69290, which includes power and safety info.

These certifications confirm the phone will work with 5G networks, which is an upgrade over the Honor X7e 4G that was recently launched in Malaysia and some other countries. The SGS record says the phone can be powered by an external charger or an internal lithium battery, and it can be used at heights up to 2,000 metres.

The SGS document also mentions country codes for European Union countries and Saudi Arabia, which suggests Honor will sell this phone in many places outside China, including the UAE, Europe, and the Middle East.

Honor has not yet shared any official specs for the X7e Plus 5G, so we do not know its processor, screen, cameras, battery size, or charging speed. But we can look at the regular Honor X7e 4G to understand what this family offers. The X7e 4G uses MediaTek’s Helio G81 Ultra chip, has a 6.61-inch HD+ TFT LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, and comes with a 50-megapixel rear camera with an f/1.8 aperture.

It also has a 5-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls, 6GB RAM, 256GB storage, and runs Android 16. Its biggest feature is a very large 7,500mAh silicon-carbon battery that supports 45W fast charging and even 7.5W wired reverse charging so it can charge other devices.

The X7e Plus 5G is expected to keep the same basic design but add 5G support, which the current 4G model does not have. Honor may use a newer 5G processor from MediaTek while keeping the big battery and fast charging that make this series special.

The phone is also likely to keep the 120Hz screen and 50MP main camera, since these are key features for the budget X7 line. No launch date or price has been announced yet, but the new TDRA and SGS listings strongly suggest the X7e Plus 5G will arrive in the UAE and other global markets soon.

The most certain facts right now are that the Honor X7e Plus 5G is real, it is certified to sell in the UAE, and it will support 5G networks. Once Honor officially announces the phone, we will know if it has a stronger processor, better cameras, or a bigger battery than the 4G version. Until that announcement, these certification listings are the only official proof that this new 5G model is close to reaching stores outside China.
